We invite you to take part in a new patient exam at no cost. You will meet Dr. Callender for a thorough orthodontic evaluation and if appropriate, your next appointments will include impressions, x-rays, and a treatment consultation. We will work with you to develop a payment plan and answer any additional questions you may have.

If you are scheduling your first visit with us, be prepared to give the receptionist the following information when you call: Patient’s full name, date of birth, daytime telephone number, address, and insurance information.

 

Payments & Fees

We do not charge for your initial exam. Come in for a visit and let us review with you what to expect in your treatment.

Our treatment includes, at no extra charge:

  • Pre and post treatment x-rays, photographs, and models
  • Retainers
  • Retainer checks for 2 years after treatment

Plus, we offer a 10% discount for second child.

 

Payment Options

Many patients pay for their orthodontic treatment over the course of treatment. We do not charge fees or interest for current accounts. Monthly statements are mailed to our patients as reminders, however, for those who prefer the “paperless” approach, we are happy to charge monthly amounts on your credit or debit card. We accept assignment of benefits for insurance reimbursements throughout the course of treatment. Full pre-payment discounts are available.
